Policies

In-Person Treatments

Sisa Healing operates on an appointment-only basis. 

Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Access to our office is granted only with a scheduled and confirmed appointment. 

Etiquette

To create a comfortable environment and avoid interruptions, all electronic devices must be turned off (not on vibrate) and put away during your treatment or session. Under no circumstances are photographs, video footage, or audio recordings allowed. 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Please note that we do not accept cash or checks. Gratuity can be paid in cash only, as it cannot be added to a credit card. For new clients, payment for your program is required upfront. Returning clients are expected to pay in full immediately after completing each session. We accept FSA and HSA cards. Massage therapy and yoga are eligible for reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) through flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangements (HRA). It is recommended to verify that your card can be used for services covered under Code 8099: Medical Services, Health Practice.

Session Reservations

For new clients, an upfront payment is required to reserve their program sessions. Returning clients must have a credit card on file to secure their session, and alternative payment methods can be chosen during checkout. Treatment Program clients who consistently schedule sessions within a 12-week period have the option to book multiple sessions. To accommodate high demand and limited availability, clients who are frequently late, frequently cancel or reschedule appointments, or schedule appointments beyond a 12-week timeframe will only be able to book one session at a time. Additionally, they may have limited access to prime appointment times.

❗️Late Policy

We understand that everyone's schedule is busy, and unexpected delays can occur. However, there is only a 10-minute grace period for each session. Please text or call us if you will be arriving late for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the session start time, it may impact your results, and your session time will be shortened accordingly. Consistent tardiness may lead us to reassess the situation and consider discontinuing further services. Please note that even if a session starts late, the full session fee will still apply.

❗️Reschedules & Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can contact us by text, email, or phone. Rescheduling or canceling may affect your results, especially if you are a new client. While we do our best to accommodate your schedule, availability is limited. For single-session rescheduling or cancellation, we require 48-hour notice during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM ET - 6:30 PM ET). For treatment program cancellations, we require 48-hour advance notice during normal business hours. We will refund the remainder, less any applicable cancellation fee. A session rescheduled or canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may result in a 50% fee if we are unable to fill the slot on short notice from our waitlist. Cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours of the session will result in a charge for the full appointment fee, as this greatly impacts our business and doesn't allow sufficient time to fill the slot. We value feedback from our clients and have been asked to provide our waitlist clients with a 48-hour notice if a session becomes available. If there are more than two consecutive late reschedules or cancellations, we may discontinue further services. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to accommodate everyone in need of our services.

❗️No-Show Fee

No-shows significantly impact us, particularly because we offer longer treatment times to ensure results. Any missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a charge for the full appointment fee. No-show clients will be reassessed, and we reserve the right to discontinue further services at our discretion.
